Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earpods promptly, but their efficient heating system kept me cozy during chilly evenings in Matera. the air conditioning was a godsend in the summer heat, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. the complimentary high-quality toiletries added a luxurious touch to the immaculate bathroom, surpassing many five-star hotels I've visited. My room's flat-screen TV provided entertainment after exploring nearby gems like Pasticceria Carlucci and Ristorante Ridola within walking distance. This hotel truly excels in both hospitality and modern comforts, making it a standout choice for any traveler seeking a memorable and seamless experience in Matera.
